Francisco Jose de Goya was born in
Fuendetodos, Spain, on March 30th, 1746 and died April 16, 1828 Goya suffered
from a massive stoke and at the time he was located in the city of Bordeaux,
Spain. His type of art was paintings. He used these materials for his paintings
which were paintbrushes, sponges, canvas, a tray for paints, and paints. He was
a belonging of this style of painting called Impressionist. He was doing this
kind of painting because he was encouraged by these people. Goys started
painting in 1773 and his paintings were popular even till he died and after his
death and also he went deaf a few years later after he started painting. Three
interesting facts about him were that he influenced Pablo Picasso to paint, in
the olden days they had very tight rituals so the king that was just elected
didn’t like his paintings so he was forcing him to stop but he got him into his
paintings after a while, and also he was married 2 time first one died 6 years
before he died and got married to a lady with a 5 year old daughter named
Rosalie. Three people that kind of worked like him was Pablo Picasso, Rene
Magritte, and Frida Kahlo they all did influential paintings but used different
kind of colours if one used light the other used dark. Pablo Picasso started
painting on 1900 and stopped 1965. Rene Magritte started painting 1914 and
ended 1952 a few years before his death. Frida Kahlo started painting on 1929
and ended 1939 after her divorce.
